Two pieces, one heart.

My When 2 Become 1 Twin Pillar Heart Tea light Holder is a little different from my other flower preservation designs. Made as two separate resin pillars, each piece has a cut-out which, when placed side-by-side, creates one complete heart in the centre.

Each pillar has a tea light space at the top, so when the two pieces are placed together, you have two little lights sitting above the heart. The design is a lovely symbol of two people, two lives or two memories coming together.

For a wedding, the meaning is especially fitting: two people becoming one, with flowers from your day preserved within the design. It can also be made with memorial flowers, where the two halves can represent two people, a loved one and their family, or simply the coming together of two pieces to create something whole.

The pillars are carefully made using your own flowers, which are dried and arranged by hand before being preserved in clear resin. Small and medium-sized flowers and foliage work particularly well in this design; very large blooms aren’t suitable because of the size and shape of the pillars.

As with all of my flower preservation, I don’t bleach or colour-correct your flowers. They are kept as natural as possible, so the finished piece retains the character of the blooms you brought to me. Every flower preservation heart is therefore completely individual.
